  • How much does shipping to Italy cost?

    The shipping cost (4/5 working days) is 9.90€.
    For orders over €29.90, shipping is free.

  • Is it possible to pay cash on delivery?

    Yes, only for shipments to Italy. The cost of the cash on delivery is €5.00 and will be added to the cost of shipping.

  • Is it possible to pay by bank transfer?

    Yes, once this payment method has been selected, an e-mail will be sent with the data to be able to make the bank transfer.

    Yes, we ship to some countries of the European Union, including: Portugal, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, France, Slovakia, Slovenia.
    The shipping cost is 50.00€. Delivery times are approximately 7/10 working days.
    There is no delivery of wooden items.
    Payment on delivery is not allowed.

  • What happens if the courier passes by and does not find anyone at the indicated address?

    The courier will make two delivery attempts, leaving a message of non-collection with the details of the reference branch.
    After that, we will receive the notification of the opening of the order stock, we will contact you to decide how to unblock the stock of the package.
    If within 5 days from the notification of the opening of the stock there are no answers from the recipient of the order, the goods will be returned to the sender.
    The new shipment will be borne by the customer.

  • How do I return or replace a product?

    In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it must be notified within 14 days of delivery of the product.
    For communication, simply send an e-mail to info@lachiocciolababy.it indicating the order number and your request for an exchange or possible refund, you will then be contacted by our customer service.
    The return will be accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging and complete with all the original accessories and manuals.
    The shipping costs of €18.00 will be borne by the buyer.
    If the product is tampered with or damaged, the return will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.
    If there is a need to replace the product, the new item will be shipped upon receipt of the return.
    Any refund will be made within 30/45 days from the date of receipt of the products, using the same payment method used
