DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES

The goods can be shipped to your home by express courier, or collected at the store in Varedo, Via Circonvallazione, 16 20814 (MB)
La Chiocciola S.r.l. accepts orders with delivery throughout Italy and throughout the European Union. Deliveries are entrusted to technical partners of the highest quality and reliability, a leader in Italy for the management of express deliveries.

Standard Shipping: throughout Italy in 4/5 working days from the moment the payment is displayed on the bank account. EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING

Shipments Portugal, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, France, Czech Republic, Slovenia: 4/5 working days €50.00, per exclusion of wooden items which cannot be shipped. Payment on delivery is not allowed.
The cost of shipping the birth list to the European Union is €50.00
For delivery times, Saturdays and holidays should not be considered. There may be delays or changes in delivery times due to force majeure, not dependent on our will (traffic, strikes, bad weather, etc.) but they depend on obstacles encountered by the courier and should not be considered binding for La Chiocciola S.r.l. When and how does the delivery take place?

Deliveries will take place at the following times: from 8.00 to 19.00, every day, not holidays, from Monday to Friday.
In the event that it is not possible to complete the delivery because there is no one at the recipient's address, the courier leaves a notice. The courier will return the next business day, if the recipient is not yet present, the goods will be taken to the nearest warehouse. The customer will be responsible for the collection of the goods within 3 days.
Any storage costs will be charged to the recipient.
Customers can monitor their order through the link and the shipping code (T&T) that will be sent by e-mail by the courier itself or by La Chiocciola S.r.l.
There is no notice by telephone from the courier.

If the packaging is damaged or tampered with, always pick up and sign “RESERVE RIGHT”. In any case, a reserved signature is always welcome at the time of collection of the goods, which gives the possibility of compensation by the delivery courier.

Order fulfillment: If
the order concerns both available products and products that can be ordered, the goods will be shipped in a single solution upon arrival of the ordered products.
If the customer wishes to receive the goods in two different solutions, the shipping costs charged to the customer are due depending on the amount of the individual shipments, in this case after the order the user will be contacted by the Staff of La Chiocciola S.r.l. to establish the payment methods for the shipments concerning the ordered item.
